A reconstruction of the "Crown Panto" style that was popular in France in the 1940s and 50s, using modern technology and materials.

The front is sculpted from an 8mm acetate sheet.
We chose 8mm material to ensure greater durability.
Because the 8mm material makes the front heavy, we have milled down areas that bear less stress to reduce weight.

The hinge section was created from a custom mold inspired by the "Korin-matsu" (pine) motif of traditional Japanese sliding door pulls, and original hexagonal pins are used for the decorative rivets.
Furthermore, we used embedded hinges rather than traditional rivet hinges to make repairs easier.
*This was done in consideration of the fact that most plastic frame repairs are centered on the front.

The temple core is made from solid titanium.
By using oxidation-resistant titanium, we have achieved both lightness and elasticity.
The balance of the entire frame is perfected by thickening the temple tip design to shift the center of gravity toward the back of the frame. Additionally, the core material features an embossed arabesque pattern.

Shipping destinations and rates

We ship eligible products to Japan, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Perfumes, flammable liquids and certain pre-order items are not eligible for international shipping.

Domestic orders are shipped by Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express. Domestic rates are JPY 1,100 for Kansai/Kinki; JPY 1,320 for Kanto, Hokuriku, Chubu, Shinetsu, Chugoku and Shikoku; JPY 1,650 for Tohoku and Kyushu; and JPY 2,420 for Hokkaido and Okinawa. Orders of JPY 20,000 or more (including tax) qualify for free domestic shipping, excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa. This offer does not apply to international orders.

Shipping to Hong Kong is by EMS, with weight-based rates of JPY 6,000–17,000 for eligible orders up to 10 kg. International shipping rates and availability are confirmed at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery

In-stock orders are generally dispatched within 0–7 days after ordering. Pre-orders follow the schedule stated on the product page. The estimated international transit time is 5–10 business days after dispatch, in addition to order processing time. Customs clearance, local delivery and other delays may affect arrival. A delivery date or time cannot be guaranteed for international orders.

Duties and import taxes

For Taiwan and Hong Kong, any applicable import duties, taxes and carrier clearance or handling fees are payable by the recipient and are not included in the shipping charge.

Availability varies by country, currency and device; the methods shown at checkout apply. Card payments are processed as a single payment. Returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, sizing preference or ordering error. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. Keep the item unused and unwashed, with its tags and accessories, and wait for our return instructions before sending it back. For a confirmed defect or shipping error on our part, we cover return shipping using the method we specify.
