Stactile is a select shop in Kamigyo-ku, Kyoto, Japan. We sell Japanese and international brands as an authorized retailer, in store and online.

01 What kind of store is Stactile?

Stactile is a select shop in Kamigyo-ku, Kyoto. We are an authorized retailer of Japanese and international brands such as C.E (Cav Empt), BED j.w. FORD, TOGA VIRILIS and SATISFY. The store is operated by stactile Inc.

03 How much is shipping?

Domestic delivery within Japan is free for orders of JPY 20,000 or more including tax, except to Hokkaido and Okinawa. Otherwise, regional domestic rates apply. International shipping is charged separately: Hong Kong, Singapore and Thailand use EMS with weight-based rates from JPY 6,000 to JPY 17,000 up to 10kg. 04 How long does delivery take?

Orders normally ship within 0–7 days. Pre-orders follow the schedule on the product page. International transit is estimated at 5–10 business days after dispatch, in addition to preparation time. Customs, local holidays and carrier conditions can cause delays. Domestic delivery uses Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express; Hong Kong, Singapore and Thailand use Japan Post EMS.

05 Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship eligible products to the United States, Taiwan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore and Thailand. Perfume, flammable liquids and some pre-orders are excluded. For the United States, duties and import taxes displayed at checkout are settled with payment. For other international destinations, applicable duties, import taxes and local customs-clearance fees are payable by the recipient.

06 What payment methods do you accept?

Credit cards (VISA, JCB, Mastercard, American Express; single payment only), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPay and more.

07 Can I return or exchange an item?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrect size selection. For a defect or an incorrect item, contact info@stactile-kyoto.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Keep the item unused and unwashed, with tags attached and accessories retained. Wait for our return instructions.
