Shipping destinations and rates

We ship eligible products to Japan, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Perfumes, flammable liquids and certain pre-order items are not eligible for international shipping.

Domestic orders are shipped by Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express. Domestic rates are JPY 1,100 for Kansai/Kinki; JPY 1,320 for Kanto, Hokuriku, Chubu, Shinetsu, Chugoku and Shikoku; JPY 1,650 for Tohoku and Kyushu; and JPY 2,420 for Hokkaido and Okinawa. Orders of JPY 20,000 or more (including tax) qualify for free domestic shipping, excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa. This offer does not apply to international orders.

Shipping to Hong Kong is by EMS, with weight-based rates of JPY 6,000–17,000 for eligible orders up to 10 kg. International shipping rates and availability are confirmed at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery

In-stock orders are generally dispatched within 0–7 days after ordering. Pre-orders follow the schedule stated on the product page. The estimated international transit time is 5–10 business days after dispatch, in addition to order processing time. Customs clearance, local delivery and other delays may affect arrival. A delivery date or time cannot be guaranteed for international orders.

Duties and import taxes

For Taiwan and Hong Kong, any applicable import duties, taxes and carrier clearance or handling fees are payable by the recipient and are not included in the shipping charge.

Payment

We accept payment methods including Visa, JCB, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPay. Availability varies by country, currency and device; the methods shown at checkout apply. Card payments are processed as a single payment. Please contact your card issuer regarding any subsequent instalment arrangements.

Returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, sizing preference or ordering error. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. Keep the item unused and unwashed, with its tags and accessories, and wait for our return instructions before sending it back. For a confirmed defect or shipping error on our part, we cover return shipping using the method we specify.
